The sports and wellness programs at ODM International School are specially crafted by highly experienced coaches for each grade to promote students to be physically active, emotionally happy and become their best selves.

Partnership with EduSports- Through its partnership with EduSports, ODM offers its primary school kids access to sports and physical activity training. We train our students to believe that health and fitness are fundamentals to a fulfilling life and advocate for developing these practices from an early age.
SPORTS Training All OIS students get access to sports training, and they get to try out for both junior and senior teams in a variety of sports like Basketball, Volleyball, Cricket, Table Tennis, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, and more. We are also providing proper sports infrastructure for all the mentioned sports.
INTER-SCHOOL EVENTS & NATIONAL SPORTS EVENTS- Students of ODM International School, the No.1 CBSE School in Gurugram, will be able to participate and represent ODM at all the major events organised at both national and international levels with adequate coaching and training regimes.
YOGA Classes and Meditation Intervals The children’s emotional and social development is supported through the provision of YOGA lessons and meditation periods.
