Growing with Purpose: The CPX Model of Character and Excellence
“वि देशेषु धनं वि द्या, व्यसनेषु धनं मति ः। परलोके धनं धर्म र्मः, शीलं सर्व र्वत्र वै धनम्॥”
It means ‘ knowledge is wealth in a foreign land, intelligence is wealth in tough times, righteousness is wealth in the other World, whereas good character is wealth everywhere and at all times!’
The CPX 360 Degree Learning Model, a student-centric educational approach developed by ODM Educational Group, is an amalgamation of three powerful words: Character, Potential, and Excellence. All three words again carry enormous meaning within them:
Character: As language without grammar has no existence, likewise, education without Character has no relevance. If we aren’t instilling values of integrity, humility, perseverance, gratitude, and service, which are quintessential elements of character, then we are not imparting education, rather, we are just making our young generation literate. Character, values, and ethos are pre-requisite for a civilized society.
Potential: ODM Educational Group believes that every individual on this planet is unique and has something special.
